  Design & Concept

  Creating the vision.

  Every successful project begins with a clear direction. We develop the overall concept for your space, considering both functionality and aesthetics. At the end of this phase you will have a clear visual understanding of how your space can look, feel and function.

  Design Development & Curation

  Bringing the vision into focus.

  Once the concept is established, we develop the design in detail and carefully curate the elements that will bring it to life. Every selection is considered as part of the complete design, so the finished space feels intentional, cohesive and uniquely yours.

  Procurement & Coordination

  Managing the details.

  Once selections are approved, we can manage the purchasing and coordination necessary to move the project forward. Our role is to keep the many moving pieces organized while protecting the integrity of the approved design.

  Installation & Implementation

  Bringing it all together.

  This is where the design moves from plan to reality. We oversee the implementation of the approved design and help ensure the elements are installed and positioned as intended, so what was envisioned on paper translates beautifully into the finished space.

  The final layer is often what makes a beautifully designed room feel truly finished. Once the major elements are in place, we refine and style the space with careful attention to composition, balance and detail. The result is a polished, cohesive space that feels complete, personal and ready to be enjoyed.

Before you call.

• How are the design services structured?

  Services are structured in five progressive levels: Design and Concept, Design Development and Curation, Procurement and Coordination, Installation and Implementation, and Final Styling and Finishing Touches. Each level is a separate scope and may be added as the project progresses.

• Do I have to book all five levels?

  No. You may begin with the design concept and continue through each level for a fully managed experience, or add levels of service as your project and needs evolve. Each level is individually tailored and proposed according to the scope of your project.

• What areas does Simoni Santamarina Studio serve?

  Simoni Santamarina Studio serves Montgomery, Willis, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Conroe and the Greater Houston area of Texas.

• Can you work with the furniture I already own?

  Yes. Level 5, Final Styling and Finishing Touches, is built around refining and styling what is already in place, and earlier levels can reuse existing pieces within a new layout.

• Will I see the design before anything is ordered?

  Yes. Level 1 includes floor plans, 3D renderings and a design presentation, so you can walk the room and approve the direction before a single order is placed.
